Donation Information

We're sorry you won't be able to make it to our innaugural Night at the Museum Gala this November. However, we are grateful for your willingness to make a donation in support of our mission to advance bonth and joint health both here and abroad. 

Below, you will be able to select a preset donation amount, or you can choose to input any custom amount you'd like to donate.

If you have the means, we kindly suggest a donation of $250 -- or the cost of a ticket to the Gala -- but no matter the size of your donation, each is important to us. Every donation made to the AMD3 Foundation directly supports patient care through our local and international programmes. 

Note that your donation is tax deductible. A receipt will be emailed to you reflecting your total donation amount. Please keep this emailed receipt for your tax records.
